With IPO money? We’re buying vacant land and building a velodrome, surrounded by a custom crit course; fully automated, lit, cameras throughout with a jumbotron near the finish-line. The crit course is modifiable to shorten or lengthen, reversible, and all turns are slightly banked. The track includes a short hill/bridge, gradual on one slope, steep on the other – just to keep things interesting, with cars entering the facility underneath.
Without IPO money? A powermeter tops the list.
