Maloja Brings a Fresh Look to Cycling Apparel

Maloja brings a fresh look to cycling apparel with the good stuff. Twenty odd years into sharing news about outdoor gear, I can tell the highest quality product when I see it. I noticed even after not wearing it because they sent pieces from their womens line. The fabric, pad, and stitching reminds me of Nalini.

Road, gravel, or MTB Maloja has kit.

Pam has worn Maloja on her rides ever since the sample package arrived at Hugga HQ. She shared this

It all fit together for a comfortable and good looking kit.  And at the backside of 55,  flattering, well fitting and comfort for the long ride is not achieved easily, and this hit the mark.

That includes road, gravel, or MTB.

About the jersey, Pam added, “It felt thinner than I expected and on the loose side compared to a traditional road jersey. I appreciated the breathing room on a long ride, and it wasn’t too loose that anything in a back pocket felt like it might slip out. The real difference was more room around the rib cage.”

Considering the shorts, “On a 50+ mile chipseal ride on a thin race saddle,  first time wear I had zero issues and complete comfort.” Maloja’s pad has impact zones. It also offers compression, is stretchy, seamless, and anatomically pre-shaped for women.

Finally, Pam noted that the Veldam vest was light and packable with a trim  cut and warmer than expected for the weight.

The Maloja Story

Watch the Maloja Story video. They have an extensive line across disciplines. Much attention has gone into every stitch and word on the packaging. I noticed and read it all. That doesn’t happen very often. Neither does a brand like Maloja. I hope they keep on bringing their fresh styles to market.

Do you know what else was good? Their socks.
