First Ride: Tern GSD

Going Carfree with Tern

My first ride on the Tern GSD was from Bootleg Canyon back to Vegas. When I felt like I was getting lost, the smell of Texas BBQ got me back to the party house where the launch continued.

If you’d consider replacing your car with a bike, this is the one. I barely tapped into the 150 mile range and rode an average of 15 mph on a cargo bike.

The first impression is: impressed.

I’ll share more about what’s going on with the GSD and why it’s important after I get back from Interbike.
