Something tells me this isn’t an actual bike messenger.
Didn’t stop to ask, but the bag is on the front, and that’s a radio in the left hand, against his waist. But could be just a commuter.
This is definitely NOT a bike messenger.
I happen to know them all in Portland, and he is not one of them.
