Wasn’t too interested in Starbuck’s acquisition of a juice store until I saw a delivery bike in front of one. Evolution Fresh delivers wherever they can pedal in nearby Bellevue and carry their juice in the cargo area of a Long John.

My wife did the store design for it. She also did the Brewery Blocks in Portland and the BUX on the Amazon campus at Terry/Republican. Each has a wall of used bike tubes (most collected by yours truly!)
