Ridley

Hang around the bike industry for a few years and you notice frames that are obviously not made in the Willy Wonka Carbon factory. This Ridley is an example. Note the dropouts, rear stays, fork, and the BB.

They must’ve spent a fortune on the molds for this bike. I told the rep in the tent that my current favorite bike is the Museeuw. Made with flax, hemp, or your mother’s old aprons, it doesn’t matter. Whatever they did to lay that up in the molds makes a huge difference. Not being an relabeled Oompah Loompah bike is important. Ask the owner of a Ridley Cross bike and they’ll tell you for sure.
