A Safety Shawl

The Sun was out and the Moon full in Seattle and that made for a weird week. In the U District, we saw 3 stumbling drunk people and then she rode by in a safety shawl. At the intersection, she paused, lifted her arm to signal a left turn, and it worked like a visibility wing.
Wasn’t close enough to ask if that was just her outfit or what.
