Wired’s Take on Interbike: Commuting

Stromer

Here’s another take on Interbike from Jakob Schiller and published on Wired. While on the show floor, I spotted some trends for Jakob who rolled them up into a commuter gear story. The more interesting bikes included the Trek Lync 5, Stromer ST2 e-bike, and the Pure Fix Roosevelt. What I like about Pure Fix is these aren’t “cheap fixes,” and they’re sold by a strong company that I spent a morning with in Vegas.

I already mentioned the Lake Boot in a recap, which should arrive soon. The new messenger series from Kryptonite was also a fav.

The Wilier isn’t for commuting, well maybe a fast commute, but this bike sure popped on the floor, just like the Zero.7 did earlier this year.
