Gears for Years

Rear Tarmac

How quickly perspectives change….used to curse compacts with pie plates in the back, and was embarrassed to have a 25 or 26 cog. Rode a 55/44 for a while too back in the day, but now recovering from tendinosis, will take all the gears I can get. Back on the bike after the holiday, and out in the cold, shared a story today on Medium Bicycles about the winter kit I’m wearing. Embro too, of course, with many more miles this winter to follow.

That’s with a 52/36 and an 11/28 on the Tarmac Disc, if you’re wondering.
