I grew up coveting the classic wooden power boats of the 20s through the 50s. Chris Craft, Hacker Craft, and Master Craft are still icons to me. But those wooden hulls and bright work come at a cost.

These are beautiful. I saw some of these in the River City Bicycles and they are seriously art.
Those are gorgeous, but with something that classy, what do you make your mud flap out of? It’s not like you can just zip tie and old bottle onto something like that.
