Might that be a ‘balaclava’ and a pelostache? Couldn’t detect the “pastry-claimed-by-every-country-in-the-eastern-Mediterranean” (baklava) anywhere in the photo.
Pelostache is correct and nice catch on the auto-correct error. It is a Balaclava.
