I stayed at the Aria in City Center this summer, and it was pretty deserted for a Vegas strip hangout.
Recession more noticeable than previous trips—quick taxi queue lines and lack of maintenance in the mid-to-lower end casinos. Also saw street people begging on the walking bridges between intersections and prostitutes propositioning clients.
