I think so! There’s all sorts of bikes just like that around Austin, including the one that [Mark spotted](http://bikehugger.com/2008/03/austin_tx_bike_flavours.htm). Also, check this photo . . . I didn’t even see that urban cyclist [when I took the shot](http://www.flickr.com/photos/huggerindustries/2320899923/). Interesting intersection: austin, roadies, urban.
