If you’re going to the Seattle Bike Expo at Smith Cove this weekend, you might see my new frame if we can clean it up proper by then and the fork/headset arrive. It’s my new travel bike, the newest of the Modal concepts that I’ve designed for myself and others. I’m still kicking around ideas for its name. Maybe Mk V or Mach 5. With only 3 days until the Expo, there’s only enough time to apply a brushed finish to the titanium, but afterwards I’ll have it painted in a scheme that will be of really questionable taste.
I say the Mk V because the Mach 5 is the name of a Pivot mtn bike.
