Where to begin? … chained to a plastic newspaper bin, mini velo, bag over giant saddle, oversized produce rack. Wonder who rides this and what they do cause that bike is so funky, it’s cool.

Ugly plastic things strapped to bikes are for some reason very appealing to me… I’ve done it myself out of winter necessity, but others are always so much better…

Generic use of the term, as I couldn’t tell specifically and I thought maybe one of this small bikes that came over in the 70s.
