Bike Locks: Extreme Cop Edition

What do you do if you’re a bike cop and want to pop into a local restaurant to have dinner? Why lock you bike up like a perp.

Aren’t all handcuffs easily opened by a universal handcuff key?

While most are opened by a universal key, not “all” of them are. These on the other hand look to be a quick eBay purchase away from being stripped down for craigslist parts.
