Bike Expo

With Jason, Mark, and me in Austin, Kelli was s’posed to blog the Bike Expo, but got sick (we hope she gets well soon). Andrew was working and Dave with his family.

Any readers go to the show? How was it?

I thought last year’s was much better. Nothing as cool and new as the e-motion rollers, and WAY too many booths full of (mostly) close-out clothing.

My kids really like the 2007 youth zone, where they could bring their bikes and had a whole building to themselves (complete with live DJ). This year’s youth zone was awful… essentially just a table with coloring pages.

My favorite part was just checking out the sweet bikes with SRAM Red… and getting a low number for the STP. :P
