Spotted at the Ballard Crit. First time I’ve seen a Rawland.

Strangely enough, I had the same experience last weekend, though they are within decent weekend biking distance. Of course I don’t see many frames by more local and established builders in the immediate metro area, unless QBP-designed frames built in Taiwan count. Surly alone must make up about half of the bikes on the Midtown Greenway during marginal bike weather.

It took me a while to wrap my head around what was going on with that bike and then figured out it was a 650B. Another take on “enduro bikes” is [this Davidson](http://www.flickr.com/photos/huggerindustries/589671132/).

Right on, You found my bike! I built her up primarily as a get around town bike, although I have taken the Sogn on a few 70 mile rides and she handles great. The 42mm “Grand Bois: Hetre” tires could run over a bag of kittens with barely a bump. And if last winter is any indication of winters to come I’ll be able to easily remove the fenders and replace the tires with something bigger and knobbier, no snow days for me.

I’m quiet flattered by the Hugger attention, see ya’ll on the road.
